Below are samples of quizzes we offer at The Lemonade Stand. Quizzes can be graded, a pass/fail, or given no grade at all. That’s up to you as the client.
Our quizzes are SCORM compliant, meaning they should work in any learning management system. We’re continually testing ‘recipes’, so please check back often for more samples.

Fill in the Blank
Fill in the blank is a question that requires the student to enter the answer in a blank field. There is only one correct answer to this type of question, although up to 10 answers can be entered to account for variations in response (e.g. APR vs. A.P.R. vs Annual Percentage Rate).df

Numeric Fill in the Blank
Numeric fill in the blank is a question that requires the student to enter the correct numeric value. You can specify a single number, a range of numbers or any combination thereof. The student is restricted to entering only numbers when answering the question.

Matching drop-down
Matching drop-down requires the student to select items from drop-down menus to match items in the first column. There is a maximum of 10 matching pairs. All items in the match column must correctly correspond to all items in the choice column for the question to be graded as such.

Word Bank
Word bank is a question that requires the student to drag and drop the correct choice into the empty box. The student must select the single correct choice from a maximum of 10 possible choices.

Simple Quiz
The simple quiz can be either a multiple response with one answer, a multiple response with several answers, or a True/False.
